Discounted Price Terms and Conditions of Booking
• The payment you have made is non-refundable. Should you wish to change your booking date for Escape the Smoking Trap TM the following applies:
7 days or less notice £97 (UK) / $197 AU to re-book
8-14 days notice £47 (UK) / $ 97 AU to re-book
15 days + notice no charge to rebook.
• Any task that you may be given before Escape the Smoking Trap TM is mandatory. We reserve the right to postpone your attendance should you not carry out the task as requested.
• We guarantee the result from Escape the Smoking Trap TM. In the unlikely event of anyone smoking again within 6 months of attending, re-attendance will be free of charge provided you can demonstrate that you have focused on what we have asked you to focus on, and have taken the appropriate action to becoming a smoke free.
• This guarantee applies provided you are declared medically fit by a general practitioner to attend Escape the Smoking Trap TM. If you are currently diagnosed with a depressive illness / mental ill-health and / or are currently taking anti depressants or any medication to treat mental ill health you must check with us before booking. The guarantee above does not apply for anyone currently diagnosed and / or treated for depressive / mental health concerns.
• This guarantee only applies if you attend all of Escape the Smoking Trap. Should you be absent for any period deemed, by JAJC, to be detrimental to the event’s result on your behaviour, your guarantee will be null and void.
